1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdWash ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdWash provides a SaaS platform for tracking Google Ads click identifiers (GCLIDs), managing leads, and uploading offline conversions to Google Ads.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: sending spam, uploading false conversion data, attempting unauthorized access, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdWash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We process GCLID and conversion data solely to facilitate your offline conversion uploads to Google Ads. This data is transmitted securely and is not shared with third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including firewalls, access controls, and regular security audits.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery, and analytics. These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
